My Approach

Most sports photographers are looking for the perfect shot of the star point guard making the winning shot or the quarterback throwing a touchdown. They shoot for the newspapers and can only publish one shot or possibly two at the most. Unfortunately, this approach ignores the five linemen blocking for the quarterback, the power forward ready for the rebound, or the numerous players shutting down the other team with impenetrable defense. Sports, and in particular youth sports, is about teamwork and learning the game. Every player counts and that is exactly how I approach my sports photography.

I focus on the entire team, not just the stars and not just the offensive players. My images go beyond the standard individual and team portraits, showing your child in the game in action.

Images are available for review online within 24 hours of the game and prints will be delivered to your door in less than two weeks, no more long waiting periods.
